From Real Dirt Racing to Digital!
I got my start in racing behind the wheel of a go-kart in the PeeWee class, running mostly at Cottage Grove, Roseburg Indoor, and Salem Indoor here in Oregon. As I moved up, I eventually raced a 250 kart before stepping away from driving for a few years to help my dad with his Super Dirt Late Model.
After some time in the pits, I got back on track in a Hornet — a front-wheel-drive car that gave me my first real taste of racing on the big track instead of just the kart tracks. In 2019 I jumped into an IMCA Sport Mod. My rookie season was the only full-time season I've run, but I made the most of it, picking up back-to-back wins and gaining a ton of experience and respect.
These days, I still race my Sport Mod here and there at Cottage Grove Speedway and Willamette Speedway whenever I can find the time. Whether I’m behind the wheel in real life or sim racing online, I’m always chasing that next great lap, and HAVING FUN! 🤘
